Define

We start by sitting down with you and the people who run the business day to day. Together we map your workflows end to end: which tasks eat the hours, how often they repeat, who steps in when something breaks, and where it's quietly holding growth back.
You get it all back as a written audit: where AI will pay for itself, where it won't, and what each opportunity would take to build. Nothing gets designed until that picture is clear. The audit is free, and it's yours to keep whether or not we work together.

Develop
A working system, tested against real conditions.
Our solutions are built to integrate seamlessly with the tools and processes you already use, which makes adoption as smooth as possible. Under the hood, that means workflow automation, AI agents, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), which grounds every generated response in your own documents and data. Each system then connects to your existing software through APIs or the Model Context Protocol (MCP), so nothing has to be replaced.
Some systems make decisions autonomously. Others speed up work your team already does, with a person reviewing each output before it's used. You decide where that line sits, task by task.
Then we test it on your real work, not cherry-picked examples: the awkward cases, the messy data, the sudden spikes in volume.

Deploy
A system in live use, with three months of support included.
Before the system goes live, we provide a detailed handover package so your team gets the most from it from day one. For three months after launch, we monitor the system and support your team's adoption. After that, every client is offered ongoing support: hosting, monitoring, upgrades, and management.
AI moves quickly. Models improve, suppliers update their software, and your business faces new challenges. Ongoing support keeps your system working through all of it. It can include usage analytics, monthly cost monitoring, and continuous upgrades as better models are released and the field moves forward, so your system always runs on current best practice.

Adoption starts with understanding. We make sure you know exactly what you’ve invested in and how to get the most out of it. We supply a detailed handover package, so the switch is as seamless as possible. For the first three months, we monitor how the system beds in and help your team adopt it. After that, ongoing support is optional, at a monthly cost agreed in writing before launch.
